IntermediateThis puzzle challenges players to design a single-chain protein with 75-90 residues. The starting structure has 75 residues, but more can be added at a cost of 32 points per residue. See the puzzle comments for filter details. The Baker Lab will run folding predictions on your solutions for this puzzle, and those that perform well will be synthesized in the lab. Remember, you can use the Upload for Scientists button for up to 5 designs that you want us to look at, even if they are not the best-scoring solutions!

mine is also wrong
this puzzle should be taken down - it can accept best score as that with no filters - tho it did not (here at least ) B4 the latest update.
same problem
Thanks for the quick feedback, everyone, and apologies for the slow response on our end! There was some confusion about two distinct scoring bugs, but I think we've pinned down the problem that was included in the last update, which caused "unfiltered" scores to be reported to the server.
We're working to fix the problem in the update, but unfortunately, we can't adjust the aberrant rankings. We've set this puzzle to be worth zero points, so these puzzle rankings will not affect anyone's global or category scores.
