Description

This is a partition puzzle for Phase Two of the Partition Tournament! The starting structure is a design by Mike Cassidy from Phase One of the tournament, and is now vulnerable to challenges. Players can challenge the design by playing this puzzle and refolding the starting structure into other high-scoring structures. The starting structure is marked with secondary structure predictions from PSIPRED, and may give clues about how this protein could be refolded. This design will ultimately be evaluated by how well it withstands challenges, as measured by the partition function. See the blog for more details about the Protein Design Partition Tournament.

It's simply the score of the starting pose (you get it when resetting the puzzle). It should be the highest possible score, unless if the partition is breakable.
