This is a partition puzzle for Phase Two of the Partition Tournament! The starting structure is a design by fiendish_ghoul from Phase One of the tournament, and is now vulnerable to challenges. Players can challenge the design by playing this puzzle and refolding the starting structure into other high-scoring structures. The starting structure is marked with secondary structure predictions from PSIPRED, and may give clues about how this protein could be refolded.
