Description

Way back in 2014 we posted this same refinement puzzle and found that it was a bit too large to run in Foldit at the time, with a size of 201 residues.

8 years later we've decided it's the perfect puzzle to introduce players to Foldit's newest tool- the Trim Tool!

You'll find that the Trim Tool makes it much easier to work on such a large protein by allowing you to focus in on smaller regions. Happy folding!
