Novice Overall Prediction Electron DensityThe structure of this protein has already been solved and published, but close inspection suggests that there are some problems with the published solution. We'd like to see if Foldit players can use the same electron density data to reconstruct a better model. This one is considerably smaller than the last puzzle!
Hard to tell which PDB it is, because people seem to really like looking at this lad: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/ipg/1RI7_A. Well, probably 1RI7.
PDB-REDO says 3 peptides flipped. Indeed, some parts of the structure get vastly improved with remixing! I don't think they were same residues (PDB# 26, 56) though…
