The protein in this puzzle is 2MCT, protein ZP_02042476.1 from Ruminococcus gnavus. The PDB entry is from 2013, but it still shows "to be published".

The first 20 amino acids, which are not present in this puzzle but are present in the Alphafold solution, seem to constitute the signal peptide. That is, they are a part of the protein destined to be removed by intracellular organelles that help to fold it.
