Description

The goal of this puzzle is to build a high-quality protein model of a PDZ domain protein, which is a protein involved in signalling within cells. Humans have about 260 copies of this protein, and the initial model for this puzzle is derived from the PDB code 2fne. We know that the real answer is realtively close to this starting structure.
