The next in our Quest to the Native Series is a repost of 190: Mini-CASP 2c. This puzzle includes a ghost of the recently released native structure, which has a score of 10266. Mini-CASP 2c was a high-ranking Rosetta@Home prediction, which was very far from the native solution. The goal of this puzzle is to see if players can reach the native structure, when given a ghost of it, from such a distant starting structure. Only the buried sidechains will be shown on the native ghost. This puzzle is also an Exploration Puzzle, your score will not register unless you explore far from the starting puzzle.
