Description

Here is the next Mini-CASP target whose solved structure will be released soon. Again we are giving you an extended chain to see what you come up with. This might be very difficult, since this blind prediction has 138 residues, so we will release a Rosetta prediction for this target later this week. Until then, good luck freestyle folding! As suggested in the feedback the secondary structure prediction is posted in the puzzle comments.
