Our next Quest to the Native is based on Mini-CASP 1, but starting from an extended chain. This might be difficult, but we would like to see if you are able to reach this recently released native structure which has a score of 10159, when given a guide of it, with a freestyle starting structure. Only the buried sidechains will be shown on the native guide. For players with less than 150 global points.
