We are trying to post Quest to the Native puzzles soon after the Mini-CASP solved structures have been released, so that the puzzles are still fresh in your minds. The native solution to Mini-CASP 4 was released last week so we are giving it to you as a guide, which has a score of 11193. Only the buried sidechains will be shown on the native guide.
