Description

Here is the next Mini-CASP target whose solved structure will be released soon. Again we are giving you an extended chain to see what you come up with. This might be very difficult, since this blind prediction has 121 residues, so we will give you Rosetta@home predictions for this target next week. Until then, good luck freestyle folding! We will post the secondary structure predictions for this puzzle in the puzzle comments.
