Our next Mini-CASP target, whose structure will be released very soon, has close homologs that we can use as templates. There are 3 different templates you can choose from by clicking 'Show Alignment' from the actions tab. NOTE: We might have to close this puzzle early if the native is released before friday.

We had to close this puzzle early because the native was released earlier than we had expected.
You can still continue playing it by clicking "show expired puzzles" in the puzzle menu, otherwise we have posted another Quick Alignment puzzle for Mini-CASP 14.
