Description

In order to bind the ligand in this puzzle, you'll need to make at least three hydrogen bonds to the end of the ligand that is buried in the protein. However, these hydrogen bonds need to be ideal - so that the angles between the atoms forming the bonds are within a particular range. The more ideal, the better. There is a condition in this puzzle that will show you where to form the hydrogen bonds, and if they are unideal, which angles are off. If you have hydrogen bonds with unideal angles it might be good to try mutations to form different bonds rather than fix up the unideal ones. The ligand is in a pretty good spot already so there are also some constraints to keep it from moving too far in or out of the protein. We're not even sure it's possible so we're very excited to see what solutions you come up with!
