The native solved structure for Mini-CASP 17 was just released, so we are reposting 272: Mini-CASP 17 - More Alignments, but this time with the native shown as a guide. You'll notice that the sequence has been trimmed, please read the blogpost about this. We hope this puzzle will help you see what skills you need to use in order to do well in CASP 9 using the alignment tool.
