Description

Our eighth CASP target is another case where we have no templates. We believe that this protein's fold is similar to that of CASP9 Puzzle 7. Again we are giving you 5 Rosetta@home predictions. Each time you reset the puzzle, you will see one of the 5 models submitted to CASP9 by the Rosetta Server. They are all very different starting models and might be very far from the correct native structure, so please try out all 5 and explore as much as you can!
