Description

Our 17th CASP target is tricky because it does have a template, but it might not be very good. In fact, 2 of the 5 models submitted to CASP9 by the Rosetta Server did not use any templates. So we are giving you these 5 Rosetta@home predictions as well as the template that was used by the 3 server models. All 5 Rosetta models are in your template reserve. Even though these thread and score a lot better than the iffy template, please do try out the other template too!
