Description

Our 18th CASP target is a shorter protein with 5 templates. Please try out all five of them and use the partial threading as well to combine different templates into a single model. Try moving around the different alignments, particularly in regions that have significant differences between templates. NOTE: This puzzle closes at an early time of day!
