Our 25th CASP target puzzle has 8 templates! One of these templates is the recently solved structure from CASP9 Puzzle 2, PDB code: 3MQO. Partial threading should be very useful with so many templates, and please do try out all 8 templates. NOTE: This puzzle closes at an early time of day!
