Description

Our second CASP9 Refinement puzzle is the same target as '316: CASP9 Puzzle 12'. The model they have selected has several regions for refinement, in particular two loops around residues 41 and 55 are substantially off. These loops are denoted in note mode (press 3 to enter Note Mode), so refine both loops since we have been told that they are incorrect. NOTE: This puzzle expires on Sunday!
