Description

Our 27th CASP target is a tough one. It has 5 templates, but they do not span the entire protein. To help you with the unaligned regions we are putting the 5 Rosetta Server models in your template reserve. If you want Foldit to do well at CASP it is important not to just refine these server models, but try to find different topologies. Try out the 5 templates and use partial threading on the server models for the unaligned region.
