Description

Our third CASP9 Refinement puzzle is the same target from 317: CASP9 Puzzle 13. The model they have selected has several loops that are off. The biggest deviation from the native structure is in the region 50-60. This loop is denoted in note mode (press 3 to enter Note Mode), so make sure to refine it as well as trying to improve the other loops. NOTE: This puzzle expires on Thursday!
