Description

Our fourth CASP9 Refinement puzzle is the same target from 319: CASP9 Puzzle 15. The model they selected has several areas for refinement, in particular the C-terminal end (residues 96 and on). Region 33-41 can also be essentially improved. These regions are denoted in note mode (press 3 to enter Note Mode), so make sure to refine these areas first before trying other areas.
