Description

Our fifth CASP9 Refinement puzzle is the same target from 325: CASP9 Puzzle 21. The model they selected has two main areas for refinement - loops around 47 and 17. These regions are denoted in note mode (press 3 to enter Note Mode), and your score will not register until you have sufficiently refined these two areas (see blogpost for more info).
