Description

Our ninth CASP9 Refinement puzzle is the same target from 338: CASP9 Puzzle 31. The server model they have given us is quite an accurate model up to residue 91 (even though some loops still can be improved). The most challenging area for the refinement is the C-terminal region starting from residue 97, where the model essentially departs from the native structure. This region is denoted in note mode (press 3 to enter Note Mode). Make sure to dramatically refine this region first, since we know that it is incorrect!
