Description

We are giving you a server-only CASP9 target whose structure has not been released yet. You have 10 server predictions as starting models, so anytime you reset you will randomly start with one of the 10 models. You can also access each model individually by using the Alignment Tool, as all 10 server models are in your template reserve as well as an extended chain. Note that although the sequences for each model are identical in the Alignment Tool, threading will result in very different starting structures. Press Q if you need to center the protein after resetting.
