Description

In this puzzle there is a loop at the interface which needs your help. The residues in this loop can all be mutated, so try to improve the interface by fixing the loop. If you are new to Foldit, make sure you have completed the Introductory Design Puzzles (6-1 through 7-2). For players with fewer than 150 global points.
