Description

This interface design puzzle is similar to Puzzle 385. There is a loop at the interface which is designable, but this time you are able to insert up to 3 residues! If you are new to Foldit, make sure you have completed the Introductory Design Puzzles (6-1 through 7-2). For players with fewer than 15 global points.
