Description

We are giving you CASP9 Puzzle 23 again, but this time with the native structure as a guide. Use the alignment tool and try to match the native as much as possible. One of the 5 starting models is already close to the native, so this can be an easy Alignment Tool puzzle. After threading, make sure to press G to Align the Guide. You can turn the guide off by pressing 'Shift-S' if you want more of a challenge! For players with fewer than 15 global points.
