What should you do if you get the error: “Can’t thread from alignment” after clicking on the smiley face button once you've selected one of the templates?

If this happens certain letters in the query sequence will blink red; this is the region preventing it from threading successfully.

Resolve any gaps around these red blinking letters (by moving left or right one or more of the letters that was blinking) and try threading again.
