Description

We are reposting puzzle 350: CASP9 Refinement Puzzle 8A, because the native structure still has not been released. This time, however, we would like to see if these few constraints are helpful. This was the refinement target with 2 different starting models so again there will be multiple puzzles.

Just like we did in CASP9 for this refinement target with 2 different starting structures, we will post another puzzle using the other starting model as well as a third puzzle with both starts so that you can use partial threading.
