Description

We are reposting puzzle 349: CASP9 Refinement Puzzle 8 - Double Start, because the native structure still has not been released. This time, however, we would like to see if these few constraints are helpful. Each of these models has different parts modeled better than the other one. So that you can combine information from both of them, we are giving you both models (resetting the puzzle will randomly pick one and both are in your template reserve). Press Q to center the structure after resetting. For players with fewer than 15 global points.

You should be able to load in your saved solutions from 445: CASP9 Refinement Puzzle 8 - Double Start with constraints, however your previous solutions will most likely score very badly since that puzzle had many problems.

Also, some players have had trouble loading in saved solutions: http://fold.it/portal/node/990089, the fix for this bug should be in the next release.
