Description

The crystal structure of monomeric M-PMV retroviral protease, which causes AIDS in rhesus monkeys, has finally been released. You may have read about this protein in the news recently... so we thought we should post it again as a Quest to the Native. Once again we are giving you the 10 NMR models to work on, they are also in the Alignment Tool. After threading, make sure to press G to Align the Guide. We're sure you can get even closer to the native this time, and in less than 10 days! For players with fewer than 15 global points.
