The backbone atom placement for these two amino acids is invalid, possibly due to errors in the original model. (You'll notice a couple chemically-impossible bond angles if you switch to a full-atom viewing mode.) If possible, avoid rebuilding these two segments at all costs.

I rebuilt those two early and they were very, very distorted. Will avoid them now.
