it is great that we can see the jmol for each alignment excellent in a side by side comparision - however I found that if I tried to line them up to compare them they started spinning randomly which defeated my purpose.

we have no control over that page.

They are the same models as your starting structures, however, so you can save the starting model and load it in as a guide to compare between them.
