Intermediate Overall PredictionWe are posting 10 more starts for the unsolved Nanog protein (while it's still fresh in your mind). Please make sure to try out all 10 starting server models, since we have no clue which one is closer to the correct native structure.
it is great that we can see the jmol for each alignment excellent in a side by side comparision - however I found that if I tried to line them up to compare them they started spinning randomly which defeated my purpose.
we have no control over that page.
They are the same models as your starting structures, however, so you can save the starting model and load it in as a guide to compare between them.
