This is a repost of the third CASP ROLL target, R0003. Since this target has many Cysteines, we have enabled disulfide bonding for this puzzle. More info about Disulfide Bridges in Foldit here: http://foldit.wikia.com/wiki/Disulfide_Bridge. Once formed, you'll need to click "Show Bonds (sidechain)" to view them. You can load in your previous solutions from Puzzle 495. For players with fewer than 150 global points.
