Description

We are reposting the third CASP ROLL target, R0003, but this time we are providing you with server predictions. Resetting the puzzle will cycle through 10 different server predictions. They are also available in the Alignment Tool so you can use partial threading. We are giving you 10 days to work on this target (worth 120 points) so make sure to try out all 10 server models.

Since this target has many Cysteines, we have enabled disulfide bonding for this puzzle. More info about Disulfide Bridges in Foldit here: http://foldit.wikia.com/wiki/Disulfide_Bridge. Once formed, you'll need to click "Show Bonds (sidechain)" to view them.

You'll also notice that these server predictions did not form many disulfide bridges (and also that most of these predictions converged to very similar solutions). This may answer the comment from puzzle 499 about why disulfide bonding does not result in a big score gain:
