Intermediate Overall PredictionThe fifth CASP ROLL target, R0005, is due in 2 weeks so we are skipping the freestyle puzzle and providing you with server predictions. Luckily this is not a big protein and the Alignment Tool has an extended chain that you can work with (if you don't want to be influenced by the server predictions). Resetting the puzzle will cycle through 10 different server predictions. They are also available in the Alignment Tool so you can use partial threading. The secondary structure prediction are posted in the puzzle comments.

H = helix
E = sheet
C = loop (or coil)
The taller the letter at each position, the higher the probability of that specific secondary structure for that amino acid.
For example, the Valine at residue 64 is predicted to be part of a sheet or loop. However, the Valine at residue 81 is predicted to be anything.
