Advanced Advanced Overall Overall Prediction PredictionWe want to let you work on the top 5 Foldit predictions for the first CASP ROLL target. We are providing you with early states of those models so that you don't start trapped in local energy minima. Resetting the puzzle will cycle through 5 player predictions that are also available in the Alignment Tool so you can use partial threading. We will then repost this with RosettaServer predictions later this week.

Please make sure to try out all 5 starting server models, since we don't know which one is closer to the correct native structure.

In Puzzle 507 we let you load in your solutions from Puzzle 505 so that you could use partial threading with the RosettaServer predictions, but unfortunately most of the top-scoring Foldit solutions were very similar to the top-scoring predictions from Puzzle 505.
So the last Foldit puzzle for CASP ROLL target R0001 will just be the 5 RosettaServer predictions.
