Description

We are giving you 3 linked residues and your job is try to design and fit them into a constrained region of the CTLA-4 protein. We know the general region in which we want you to place to residues, but we don't know exactly where is the best spot; look for good hydrophobic pockets or residues to make strong hydrogen bonds to.
