This is a repost of 535: Electron Density Puzzle 8. This time, however, you're starting with an extended chain. Try to fit the protein into the density cloud to gain points, but remember that since this is real world data, sometimes you'll get more points for ignoring the density in certain areas. We plan on re-posting this puzzle with the ability to load in solutions with some minor changes after this puzzle expires.
