Description

To prepare for CASP 10 (which begins next week) we want to practice for the Template-Based Modeling category by giving you some blind targets to work on. This first template-based target is very short (only 36 residues) and we are giving you the top-predicted template from 3 different alignment programs (you'll notice that one of them is very different from the other two!) The secondary structure predictions are posted in the puzzle comments.

The taller the letter at each position, the higher the probability of that specific secondary structure for that amino acid.

For example, the Phenylalanine at residue 2 is mostly predicted to be part of a sheet. However, the Phenylalanines at residues 24 & 26 are predicted to be anything.
