This is the original model given to us by CASP for the same target used in Puzzle 573b. They have told us that regions 1-26 and 89-129 are wrong, so please focus on changing the structure of both those regions. We've been told that ~68% of this model matches the native. You should be able to load in saved solutions from 573b. Note the short deadline. More info in the comments.

You should be able to load in manual saves from Puzzle 573b.

Please remember that the goal of this puzzle is not to reach the highest score with the current topology (that will generate useless predictions and not help Foldit do well in the Refinement category at CASP10) but rather to reach the highest score after modifying the structures of both regions that we know are incorrect:

Residues 1-26 and 89-129.
