This currently unsolved short protein does not have any templates that we can use, so to prepare for CASP ROLL we are giving it to you as an extended chain. Use all your skills to fold it up as best as you can. The secondary structure predictions are provided on the starting model, with more details posted in the puzzle comments.

Here is the sequence logo predicted by the SAM server:

H = helix
E = sheet
C = loop (or coil)

The taller the letter at each position, the higher the probability of that specific secondary structure for that amino acid.

For example, the Valines at residues 85 & 44 are highly predicted to be part of a sheet. However, the Valines at residues 12 & 102 are not predicted to be anything!

The above predictions are already on the starting model (based on the horizontal lines in the above figure).
