This currently unsolved short protein does not have any templates that we can use, so to prepare for CASP ROLL we are giving it to you as an extended chain. The taller the letter at each position, the higher the probability of that specific secondary structure for that amino acid.

For example, the Valines at residues 85 & 44 are highly predicted to be part of a sheet. However, the Valines at residues 12 & 102 are not predicted to be anything!
