Here is the CORRECT sequence logo predicted by the SAM server:

H = helix
E = sheet
C = loop (or coil)

The taller the letter at each position, the higher the probability of that specific secondary structure for that amino acid.

For example, the Valines at residues 58, 70 & 83 are predicted to be part of a sheet, but the Valine at residue 90 is not.

The above predictions are already on the starting model (based on the horizontal lines in the above figure).

Due to the above bug (requiring this repost of the puzzle) and the fact that the other current puzzles are quite large (but the CASP ROLL puzzle deadlines cannot be extended) we have extended this puzzle's deadline.
