Description

For this target, the CASP11 organizers have provided "sparse" experimental data about possible contacts in the protein. Ironically, the "sparseness" of the data manifests as a huge number of possible contacts, with very little information about which contacts might be correct. Contacts are scored with the Contact Map filter in this puzzle, and there is an upper limit of 2029 possible points from the filter. Contact predictions are provided only for residues 31-160, so focus on that region of the protein! Players may load in solutions from Puzzles 888 and 894 and we've provided you with 5 Robetta server models. Restart the puzzle to cycle through the alternate starting structures.

We can't see any contact points on this one since the scoring change, so it is difficult to judge if you are getting better contacts or just generally improving score in the normal way.

Is it possible to 'surface' the contact points on the contact map display perhaps, without changing the new scoring?

This puzzle has been prematurely closed and reposted here with fewer contact predictions.
