The contacts given by the casp organizers have maximum distances - are the distances used by foldit similar to these, or are some of the casp contacts further apart than what foldit requires?

Intermediate Overall Prediction CASP11 Predicted ContactsNOTE: This puzzle replaces Puzzle 907, which included a much larger set of contact predictions. All contacts now have equal weight, and players should aim to satisfy as many contacts as possible.
For this target, the CASP11 organizers have provided "sparse" experimental data about possible contacts in the protein. Contacts are scored with the Contact Map filter in this puzzle, and there is an upper limit of 2000 possible points from the filter. Contact predictions are provided only for residues 31-160, so focus on that region of the protein! Players may load in solutions from Puzzles 888 and 894 and we've provided you with 5 Robetta server models. Restart the puzzle to cycle through the alternate starting structures.

The CASP contacts include distances between specific hydrogens (usually the backbone amides of two residues), whereas the Contact Filter measures distances between the beta-carbons of two residues.
For the most part, we expect these two different measurements to yield similar results, but there may be small inconsistencies.
For targets with fewer contacts, we may be able to use the specific hydrogen-hydrogen constraints provided by CASP.
