Description

This 44 residue CASP11 Target is a little different, because T0797 and T0798 are two parts of the same complex. In this puzzle, we are giving you Robetta's T0797 prediction to model against a frozen server prediction for T0798, which was selected by our WeFold collaborators. The backbone of the larger T0798 region is completely frozen for this puzzle, so your job is to dock the short T0797 model against T0798 as best you can! More details in the puzzle comments.

This is what the CASP organizers have told us about this protein:

CASP targets T0797 and T0798 are two parts of the PKGII leucine zipper /Rab11b complex comprising two zipper subunits and two Rab11b subunits…
The main modeling task here is to get structure of the leucine zipper in correct conformation with the Rab11b GTPase that remodels upon binding.

Here is the sequence logo predicted by the SAM server:

H = helix
E = sheet
C = loop (or coil)

The taller the letter at each position, the higher the probability of that specific secondary structure for that amino acid.
